Brownie Cookie Dough

The chocolate and vanilla swirl is perfectly balanced, and those giant cookie dough chunks stay soft even in the freezer. The brownie pieces are rich and fudgy, making every spoonful feel indulgent despite it being light ice cream.

The vanilla and chocolate swirl base is creamy for a light ice cream, and the cookie dough chunks are generously sized. My only minor wish is they were a bit more evenly distributed throughout the pint.
