I was skeptical about the texture, but the crunchy cookie bites layered over the soft protein center work surprisingly well in each bite. The rich chocolate coating ties it all together perfectly, and it’s satisfying enough to kill a sweet craving without feeling heavy.

I like that the soft protein center balances the crunch, but the chocolate coating could be a bit richer for my taste. Still a solid keto-friendly treat.
